With a constant focus on product knowledge and customer assistance, the Retail teams at CONVERSE provide valuable experiences to customers every day.
What You'll Do: Utilize your exceptional customer service skills to deliver a top-notch brand experience to our customers.
Lead, train, and motivate your department's employees while ensuring a great working atmosphere.
Manage your department's daily operations to meet sales goals (including digital services, visual merchandising, sales area).
Identify and improve areas based on customer feedback.
Act as brand ambassadors for CONVERSE initiatives, including team training.
Ensure the store meets all CONVERSE standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with business partners across stores and headquarters.

Your Contribution: Passion for CONVERSE and/or sports.
Over 2 years of experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
Experience and competence in providing exceptional customer assistance.
Ability to lead and develop a strong team.
Strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
