La tua nuova azienda Il nostro cliente è un grosso gruppo industriale, leader europeo nel mercato alimentare con un fatturato che supera un miliardo di euro e circa 2000 dipendenti nel mondo. Per rafforzamento del Team Operations ci ha incaricato di ricercare sullo stabilimento di Occhiobello una risorsa che operi come Production Manager.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo A diretto riporto del Direttore Di Stabilimento, secondo le strategie definite dalla Direzione Industriale di Gruppo, la risorsa organizza, supervisiona e coordina tutte le operazioni industriali del sito assegnato.
Ha, quali responsabilità primarie, il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione curando i costi, qualità e sicurezza. Assicura il miglior assetto impiantistico, ottimizzando processi, flussi, logistica, nell'ottica di una crescita dell'efficienza.
Guida e promuove una mentalità proattiva e competitiva, per realizzare prodotti di qualità, garantendo efficienza sinergie tra aree e staff.
Applica con rigore le regole di Sicurezza e Ambiente, promuovendone l'applicazione e la formazione. Costruisce team affidabili e capaci di crescere con l'Azienda.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
Analizzare il lavoro diretto e indiretto, supportando la redazione della reportisticaOrganizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi, in accordo con il Responsabile Area TecnicaDefinire i cicli di lavorazione, analizzando e determinando le strutture organizzative delle aree produttive attraverso sistemi di misurazione specificiStudiare e ottimizzare l'ergonomia e il bilanciamento delle linee produttive, considerando i tempi di SET UPRedigere una mappatura di tutti i processi che concorrono alla realizzazione del prodotto, individuando ed eliminando le attività non necessarieCollaborare con i Responsabili Q, Area Tecnica e Sicurezza per la predisposizione di analisi utili a trovare soluzioni per l'incremento dell'efficienza, della Sicurezza e degli standard QualitativiSede di lavoro: Occhiobello (RO) Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo La figura sarà preferibilmente in possesso di una laurea gestionale/alimentare o diploma tecnico superiore; Corsi aggiuntivi in argomenti tecnici sono graditi: lean, organizzazione turni, etc. Ottime capacità di gestione di personale operative e forti capacità comunicative e attenzione ai dettagli.
Competenze trasversali valutate: doti di team working, pensiero analitico e precisione, visione d'insieme, lean thinking e capacità organizzative.
