MTA ricerca una risorsa da inserire nel team R&D nel ruolo di Assembly Engineer presso la sede di Isola Vicentina (VI).La sede MTA di Isola Vicentina produce varie tipologie di antenne (5G cellular, Wi-Fi, WB, AM/FM, DAB, SDARS, GNSS, V2X...) per i mercati automotive, moto, truck e off-highway, sia per il primo equipaggiamento sia per l'aftermarket.Nello stabilimento sono attualmente operative 13 linee di assemblaggio e un reparto di stampaggio della plastica. Il reparto di ricerca e sviluppo ha elevata competenza ed esperienza sulle tecnologie di comunicazione e supporta il cliente dall'idea progettuale fino alla produzione.La risorsa, a riporto dell'Engineering & Tooling Manager, si occuperà di:-Supporto alla definizione e alla relativa costificazione delle attrezzature di produzione in accordo agli obiettivi di progetto;-Progettazione meccanica ed elettrica di banchi ed attrezzature di produzione, in stretta collaborazione con i dipartimenti di progettazione dell'area R&D ed Operations;-Supervisione della fase di realizzazione delle attrezzature e relativa qualifica, sia nel caso di realizzazione interna che presso fornitore esterno;-Supporto alle analisi di difettosità di processo;-Standardizzazione delle macchine e delle procedure di collaudo.Requisiti per ricoprire la posizione:- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Meccatronica o cultura equivalente;-Capacità di progettazione meccanica tramite utilizzo di CAD 3D (CATIA);-Capacità di progettazione di cablaggi elettrici;-Gradita conoscenza della programmazione PLC, di SAP e dello standard di qualità automotive IATF;-Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;-Capacità di lavorare in team;-Dotato di iniziativa e capacità di lavoro autonomo.Sede di lavoro: Isola Vicentina (VI)
