You will support management staff to determine and implement specific technical needs and priorities of the organization.
Working with one or more IT departments, you will maintain a dynamic knowledge base of technical programming solutions to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure is efficient and productive.If you're passionate about enhancing medical software and have the required skills, we invite you to apply and become part of our innovative team.Your Contributions:Design and develop new features and modulesContribute to maintaining existing software and analyze for potential improvementDesign, code, debug, test, and develop features with good quality and maintainabilityBuild reusable solutions for a higher level of quality and consistencyCollaborate on technical documentationThe Ideal Candidate:Good knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScriptGood knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and CSSGood knowledge of ReactJSTechnical problem solving and debugging experienceKnowledge of jQuery framework and ASP.NET RazorExperience with GITBachelors or Master degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience with involvement in system integration deployments in the domainExperience with medical software installation and configurationUsed to work in an international business setupFluent in ItalianExpertise in IIS web serverStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamEye for detail, analytical, and identifying problemsCustomer focus: Striving for high customer satisfaction, going out of our way to be helpful and pleasantCommunication: Balancing listening and talking, speaking and writing clearly and accuratelyCollegiality: Being helpful, respectful, approachable and team-orientedInitiative: Taking ownership of work, doing what is needed without being askedEfficiency: Planning ahead, managing time well, being on time, being cost-consciousWhat We Offer You:A company you can take pride inInspiring and collaborative colleaguesAbundant opportunities for personal and professional growthThe chance to work with cutting-edge technology in the healthcare industryFlexible remote workJoin Us and Make an Impact:Ascom is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
