Business Development Manager in Project Logistics

For our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo), we are looking for a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics.
Main responsibilities: Active work looking for new Customers in the Italian focus market region majoring in selling Project Logistics services.
Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers.
Attraction of new Customers, retention and development of Customers. Work with Sales Lists; on-time closing of the set objectives.
Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and related agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.
Identification of regularity of Customer's needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer's portfolio.
Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity.
Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
Skills/Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Project Logistics Sales;
Good knowledge of English;
Proven knowledge of the freight forwarding industry;
Deep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation;
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills;
Proactive approach;
Ability to work both individually and in a team.
