Job Description A riporto del Responsabile Tecnico della Divisione Forni Industriali, la risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Progettazione di forni per l'industria petrolchimica: Regeneration Gas Heater, Hot Oil Heater, Charge Heater, Reboiler Heater, Steam Superheater, Vacuum Heater, ...Progettazione termodinamica comprensiva del dimensionamento del forno, calcolo dello spessore parti in pressione (codici di riferimento ASME, API e PED), calcolo dello spessore del refrattario, scelta dei materiali e delle apparecchiature adatte alle condizioni operative.Emissione di specifiche tecniche di supporto (Data Sheet forno, Data Sheet bruciatori, Utility, calcolo spessori parti in pressione, Specifiche refrattari, Specifiche ventilatori e motori, Logiche descrittive, Funzionamento manuale, ecc..] e assistenza al Project Manager durante la gestione del contratto.Emissione di richieste d'offerta a fornitori di materiali (carpenterie, refrattari, tubazioni, bruciatori, soffiatori, strumentazione, sistemi PLC, preriscaldamento (APH), trasporti, ecc.) di prefabbricazione (carpenterie, coils, skid gas combustibili, ecc.). ) e l'ingegneria correlata (meccanica, strutturale, strumentale ecc.).Stima dei costi (fornitura materiali, lavori di prefabbricazione, ingegneria e montaggio) per la realizzazione del forno.Emissione e presentazione di proposte tecnico-commerciali comprendenti una serie completa di documentazione (specifiche di base, descrizione e progettazione del forno, programma preliminare di progetto, elenco subfornitori, elenco delle parti di ricambio, ecc.).Partecipazione a incontri tecnico/commerciali con il Cliente (in Italia e all'estero) per la definizione del progetto o per eventuali chiarimenti tecnici.Svolgimento del lavoro in accordo ai requisiti indicati dal sistema di gestione per la qualità vigente all'interno dell'organizzazione. Competenze ed esperienza La risorsa ideale è in possesso delle seguenti caratteristiche:
Laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente chimica o meccanica.Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo, in aziende EPC o di costruzione di impianti di processo, con particolare focus sul settore Oil&Gas / petrolchimico / energia.Esperienza e competenza nelle specifiche applicabili al settore Oil&Gas: API, ASME, PED,...Familiarità con P&ID e strumentazione di impianto.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Attenzione al dettaglio, buona capacità di lavorare in team.
