Project & Construction Manager, Provincia di ComoAdecco Italia Provincia di Como, Italy Per importante azienda cliente leader nel settore delle demolizioni, del decommissioning, delle costruzioni e del fit out, Adecco - filiale di Como, ricerca un Project & Construction Manager da inserire in organico.Luogo di lavoro: Albese Con CassanoSi offre un contratto full-time a tempo indeterminato.Responsabilità:Start-up di cantiere identificazione e costituzione del team di lavoro verifica della progettazione architettonica e strutturale preparazione RDO per subappaltatori, partner e fornitori stesura del budget in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Acquisti negoziazione contratti e forniture in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Acquisti verifica della contrattualistica Durante il cantiere pianificazione della programmazione dei lavori verifica costante della programmazione e delle date di consegna intermedie predisposizione ed aggiornamenti della documentazione di Commessa gestione dei rapporti contrattuali con Cliente DL e Subappaltatori monitoraggio della corretta esecuzione dei lavori per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi Tempo, Qualità, Costo relazione settimanale con i vertici aziendali sull'andamento della Commessa, fornendo analisi sullo scostamento gestione del piano di azioni necessarie alla correzione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi approvazione dei SAL e CP predisposti dal Construction ManagerRequisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria edile o Architettura.
Minimo 3 anni di esperienza come Junior Project Manager nel ruolo specifico.
Autonomia, leadership, flessibilità e spirito di sacrificio.
Predisposizione ed interesse verso il mondo del lusso, del fashion e dell'architettura.
