**Posizione**:
This resource will support the Technical Service EMEA team in deploying first class and innovative services for lubricants and other fluids.
Initially, this profile will be mainly focused on managing proper administrative activities of Technical Services team (data management, documentation, purchasing process, invoicing, access credentials etc.).
Once the resource will achieve a certain autonomy in this role, could be involved in more technical customer support activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive communication of services updates with internal stakeholders: Customer Technical Support, Marketing, Customer Services, Sales and Procurement
- Monitor and control costs and invoices and ensure that monthly invoices are paid
- Be the administration of services' portals and manage accesses for users
- Support and drive system demonstration and training on the systems
- Support new product insertion into the system
**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications & Education**:
Preferable degree (Bachelor of Science or higher) in Technical discipline
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge**:
- We can consider talented fresh graduated with passion for automotive sector
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal), good presentation skills
- Computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
- 2+ years of Lubricants or other relevant experience would be a plus
- Good Market Awareness and good Commercial Awareness
- Customer facing experience is beneficial
- Language skills: English.
Other EU languages are beneficial
- Contract management skills are beneficial
