Job DescriptionEcolab is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for Italy, Switzerland, and Greece to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to a Supply Chain Director, with the guidance from the EU Planning and Logistics leadership team, you will be a part of the team managing End to End Supply Chain within your region to help Ecolab deliver a great customer experience.
Your expertise in customer service, demand planning, logistics, and warehousing will help the team work out cost-effective solutions while ensuring a great customer experience. We are looking for a strong leader who can perform effectively in a complex matrix organization, with a high sense of ownership and accountability. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Supply Chain organization and will have the responsibility to further modify, enhance, and deliver excellence in Order to Cash daily operations.
The expectation is that you will be proficient in managing various Supply Chain areas, such as:
Demand PlanningLogisticsSupply PlanningCustomer ServiceYou will play an instrumental role in replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortages resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution, exception management, drop shipments, etc., while leading and developing your team and talent.

What's in it For You:You will become a highly visible leader of one of the great teams within EcolabBeing part of the Italian Management TeamAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technologyCompetitive compensation package and benefitsCareer plan for professional growthThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture, and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the worldWhat You Will Do:Be an integral part of our Supply Chain Organization to improve our customer experienceDevelop and deploy efficient and effective Supply Chain solutions to protect customer service and costsClosely collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially with our Divisions in Italy, Switzerland, and GreeceDevelop close relationships with Ecolab's 3PLs, ensuring expected performance in line with contract terms, holding partners accountable for delivering great service at agreed costs while complying with all safety and regulatory requirementsPresent Supply Chain voice in the Italian Management Team, acting as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and executing agreed Supply Chain solutionsManage quality, service, and cost metrics, monitoring and reporting the set KPIs while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvementsQualifications and Experience Required:Engineering or Business Administration degree, Masters in Supply Chain is a bonusExperience in a similar role required >3 years (Previous work experience in customer service, planning, logistics, operations, or a related field is a must)Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyOperational SAP knowledgeProject management qualification is a bonus, project management experience is a mustExposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principlesDemonstration of financial acumen (course completion or through experience)Competences and Skills Required:Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)Great presentation skillsStrong collaborator and influencerAbility to exercise independent judgement, think critically, and work well in cross-functional teamsExcellent decision-making skillsTrack record of exceptional leadership and team developmentFor this role, you will need to be a holder of a permit to live and work in Europe.
