The Cisco Security organization is dedicated to delivering intelligent cybersecurity solutions for the real world. As a Regional Sales Manager in Italy, you will play a critical role in leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in this strategic market.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Italian market.
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Mentor and guide sales leaders to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
