About the Role

Job Title: Revenue Growth Management Director

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (estimated)

Location: We are based in Vimercate, Italy, offering a hybrid work environment that balances working from home and office days.

Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Management Director to spearhead our Commercial RGM strategy across various categories, channels, and customers in Italy.

Your expertise in translating consumer and sell-out KPIs into actionable insights will be crucial in defining and executing a winning promo and price strategy.

As a key member of our local team, you will lead the coordination of annual and multi-year plans focusing on list price, trade allowance, mix, promotions, and price pack architecture.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Collaboration: Lead the local RGM team to deliver best-in-class engagement and support in all aspects of the Promo & Price Strategy.
  2. Strategy Coordination: Work closely with the Category Team to define and monitor the annual assortment, merchandising, promotion, and shelf enhancement strategies.
  3. Revenue Growth Management: Drive and coordinate the local definition and deployment of revenue growth management plans with the business unit.
  4. Sales Fundamentals Support: Develop and adapt a conceptual selling toolkit using insights to support the delivery of key performance indicators for sales fundamentals.
  5. Plan Alignment and Selling Stories: Align the plan with the business unit and category/activation, working on profit and loss, distribution plans, and create compelling selling stories to engage the sales team and customers.

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Experience of major customer engagement/multi-category & multi-channels
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence using category sources (Kantar, Circana, Nielsen) combined with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Knowledge in managing the strategy for different channels: Retail, Traditional, Far Away from Home
  • Analytical capabilities (P&L), high level of Microsoft Excel use
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in both Italian and English
