Drive Revenue Growth with Kellanova

Kellanova is seeking a talented Revenue Growth Management Lead to spearhead revenue growth strategies across various categories, channels, and customers. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy revenue growth management plans with the business unit
  • Collaborate with the Category Team to define and monitor annual assortment, merchandising, promotion, and shelf enhancement strategies
  • Lead the local RGM team to deliver best-in-class engagement and support in all aspects of the Promo & Price Strategy

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Experience in major customer engagement and multi-category/multi-channel environments
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence using category sources (Kantar, Circana, Nielsen)
