Business Development Manager North

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Italian team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business relationships through lead generation, follow-up calls, and customer visits
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to ensure orders and contracts are renewed
  • Facilitate and participate in business negotiations to drive revenue growth
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure smooth negotiations and deal progression
  • Work closely with the account management team to support renewals and achieve sales targets
  • Update and maintain sales systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Produce monthly forecast reports and statistics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and present proposals and presentations to customers and prospects
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements to drive revenue growth
  • Gather market and customer information to inform business decisions
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Healthcare experience and a proven track record of success in quota-carrying sales roles
  • Ability to manage contract negotiations and relationships
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and technical team
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve sales objectives effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction and meet SLAs
