National Account Business Development Manager

Collaboration with Sales Manager: Share responsibility for quarterly and annual results of assigned customers, focusing on smaller customers, local cooperatives, and single district negotiations.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring excellent implementation of the 4Ps (presence, placement, price, and promotion).
Promotional Planning: Contribute to annual promotional planning and manage assortment definitions to drive sales growth.
Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales KPIs and ROI for assigned customers, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
Support Major Presentations: Assist the Sales Manager with major presentations, including customer business reviews, new item introductions, and category trend reviews.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent work experience required in sales and/or marketing, and/or other FMCG industry-related functions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good command of Windows applications, mainly Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency level of English.
