Unlock Your Sales Potential as a National Account Executive

Are you a sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our sales team at Kellanova.

In this role, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our Sales Manager to achieve quarterly and annual results for assigned customers. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent implementation of our 4Ps (presence, placement, price, and promotion) strategy. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you monitor and analyze sales KPIs and ROI for assigned customers, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.

As a National Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to annual promotional planning and manage assortment definitions to drive sales growth. You'll also assist the Sales Manager with major presentations, including customer business reviews, new item introductions, and category trend reviews.

We're looking for someone with a degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or marketing, and/or other FMCG industry-related functions. You'll need to have strong analytical skills, a good command of Windows applications, mainly Excel, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
