About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and achieving assigned sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve quarterly and annual results for assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring excellent implementation of the 4Ps (presence, placement, price, and promotion).
  • Contribute to annual promotional planning and manage assortment definitions to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs and ROI for assigned customers, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with major presentations, including customer business reviews, new item introductions, and category trend reviews.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or marketing, and/or other FMCG industry-related functions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good command of Windows applications, mainly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency level of English.
