**Be Agency**, società di Field Marketing, operativa nei principali canali distributivi (Gdo-Gds-Horeca Pharma), ricerca per potenziamento del proprio organico interno un
**ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - FIELD MARKETING**.
La risorsa selezionata, inserita in un gruppo di lavoro giovane e stimolante, affiancando il manager si occuperà di:
- Coordinamento team di lavoro sul territorio italiano e gestione delle attività lavorative quotidiane
- Gestione dell’intero processo di recruiting: dalla ricerca all’inserimento del team di collaboratori sul territorio (Promoter, Hostess, Merchandiser, Mystery client)
- Supporto operativo e monitoraggio costante dell’avanzamento dei progetti: verifica andamento, gestione urgenze, analisi.
- Organizzazione e realizzazione briefing e formazioni per i collaboratori sul territorio nazionale;
- Controllo e analisi dati;
- Feedback e coordinamento con i clienti e con le divisioni interne;
**Requisiti minimi**:
- Esperienza pregresse nella gestione di progetti di field marketing in agenzia
- Capacità di analisi e interpretazione dei dati
- Esperienza nella gestione di team
- Orientamento al risultato e rispetto delle scadenze
- Eccellente utilizzo di excel e dei principali strumenti informatici
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Retribuzione: €1.300,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
