Are you a sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth? Do you have expertise in strategic planning, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence?
We're seeking a talented National Account Executive to join our sales team at Kellanova. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for achieving assigned sales objectives and delivering profitable customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to share responsibility for quarterly and annual results of assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring excellent implementation of the 4Ps (presence, placement, price, and promotion).
- Contribute to annual promotional planning and manage assortment definitions to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs and ROI for assigned customers, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
- Assist the Sales Manager with major presentations, including customer business reviews, new item introductions, and category trend reviews.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or marketing, and/or other FMCG industry related functions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good command of Windows applications, mainly Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency level of English.
