About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at our customer sites
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales or account management role
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent English language skills
