About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Specialist to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong focus on customer relationships and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
