Il nostro cliente è una multinazionale tedesca che fornisce soluzioni tecnologiche per quadri elettrici e bordo macchina nell'ambito dell'automazione elettrica industriale. Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Account che possa gestire, sviluppare e consolidare il portafoglio clienti relativo alla sua zona di competenza, che saranno le regioni Marche e Abruzzo.
Principali attività e responsabilità- Gestire la crescita delle vendite nella zona di competenza;
- Sviluppare le opportunità di business attraverso analisi di mercato nella sua zona di competenza;
- Stabilire le attività di reclutamento di nuovi clienti e gestire al meglio le attività legate ai clienti in carico;
- Effettuare visite ai clienti (quadristi, OEM ed End User) e organizzare visite in affiancamento ai tecnici;
- Aggiornare il database dedicato alla raccolta di informazioni in ambito commerciale ed effettuare attività di reportistica verso il proprio responsabile;
- Fornire al team di Indirect Sales indicazioni per la formulazione di offerte commerciali e presidia il processo di fatturazione in collaborazione con la funzione Amministrazione e Controllo;
- Gestire e definire con il diretto responsabile un proprio budget.
- Background accademico tecnico-ingegneristico elettrico/elettronico/meccatronico e affini;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo dai 2 ai 5 anni, maturato nel settore automazione/macchinari industriali;
- Attitudine commerciale e orientamento al cliente;
- Conoscenza del territorio e dei principali competitors di riferimento;
- Ottima conoscenza tecnica dei prodotti;
- Visione globale del settore automazione;
- Capacità comunicative e relazionali.
Sede di lavoro: gli uffici sono presso la sede di Vimercate (MB), il Sales Account risiederà presso la propria abitazione all'interno della regione e si recherà presso gli uffici di Vimercate all'occorrenza.
Si offre: contratto di assunzione diretto con l'azienda con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza maturata.
