About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Professional to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to customers
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent English language skills
