About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Professional to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions to customers
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent English language skills
