About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Fluent English language skills
