About the Role

As a Junior Account Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business opportunities, and identify areas for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • You will build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • You will work closely with our Channels Sales Managers team and central functions to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits, while ensuring that our solutions meet the customer's needs and expectations.
  • You will develop trusted advisor relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors, providing expert guidance and support to drive business growth.
  • You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, monitoring progress and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, as well as explore areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • You will forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts, to inform business decisions.
  • You will prepare regular reports on account status, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • You will collaborate with our sales team to identify and grow opportunities within our territory and with our Business Partners.
  • You will assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant similar role in an IT environment.
  • You will possess fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • You will have a hunter profile and door opener, with a proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • You will have solid experience with Network, Communication & Cloud solutions/products, as well as experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • You will possess excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will hold a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
