About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management, solution implementation, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers on SAP solutions and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze customer health and satisfaction metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and local language
