About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their business journey with our solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within their assigned solution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP solutions
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
