Program Overview

The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a 10-month program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a customer-facing role. Through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on experience, you will gain a deep understanding of SAP solutions and develop the expertise required to drive business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business transformation and customer success through the effective use of SAP solutions
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure continued relevance and value to customers

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role or related field
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and customer success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German and other local languages a plus
