Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their business journey with our solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within their assigned solution portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and success with our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and provide solutions to drive business value.
- Monitor customer health and provide proactive support to prevent issues and ensure customer success.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in business acumen, including knowledge of business processes and industries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Fluency in English and local language.
