Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on SAP solutions and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
- 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Business acumen and knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a world-class training program that develops our next-generation workforce by delivering an energizing and inspiring experience within a globally diverse environment. This dynamic 10-month program strengthens the foundation for a successful career at SAP and provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a customer-facing role.
As a participant in the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will have the opportunity to develop a global peer network, partner and engage with customers to help solve their unique business challenges, and leverage world-class cloud-based products and services, all while earning a great salary and benefits.
SAP's employees across different regions are enabled to do their best job with the right mix of office and remote work according to country-specific guidelines and regulations. In general, our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners.
We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will have participants spend between 4 and 6 weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities.
During these intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved from March 1, 2025, to May 30, 2025, and then again from August 11, 2025, to October 17, 2025.
