About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of SAP solutions and industry trends is a plus
