Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their business journey with our solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to proactively address potential issues.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of SAP solutions and industry trends is a plus.
