About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic account planning, relationship building, and solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
