About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their business journey with our solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within their assigned solution portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customers and business transformation, preferably from consulting, sales, and/or account management, with experience in resolution and escalation management. Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and local language, are essential, as well as proficient interpersonal skills, including passion, curiosity, effective listening skills, professional presence, empathy, and a "can-get-it-done" mentality.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth and success. Your expertise in digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process will be invaluable in helping our customers achieve their goals.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing customer success plans to drive business growth and retention
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to our customers

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in consulting, sales, and/or account management
  • Proven track record of supporting customers and business transformation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and local language
  • Proficient in digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
