About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at SAP, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting or sales environment

* Proficient in business acumen, with a demonstrated understanding of business processes and industries
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
