Overview
As a Junior Account Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary objective will be to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business opportunities from existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow customer relationships and increase revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics to inform business decisions.
- Prepare reports on account status to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory and with business partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in an IT environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
- A hunter profile and door opener mindset.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with Network, Communication, and Cloud solutions/products.
- Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
