Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their business journey with our solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within their assigned solution portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success with SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and provide solutions to drive business growth.
- Monitor customer milestones throughout the customer lifecycle and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and SAP solutions to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- 2-3 years of work experience with a proven record of supporting customers and business transformation, preferably from consulting, sales, and/or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and local language.
- Proficient in using business acumen to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
