Descrizione del Ruolo:
Per una realtà dinamica e innovativa nel settore del design e dell'arredamento per il retail, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager Junior. La figura selezionata avrà la responsabilità di gestire e supervisionare i progetti a lui assegnati, collaborando attivamente con il team e riportando al responsabile del dipartimento.

Responsabilità:
  • Analisi dei progetti in collaborazione con l'ufficio tecnico;
  • Valutazione dei brief e della fattibilità;
  • Gestione dei costi e dei preventivi;
  • Supervisione del lancio della produzione;
  • Creazione e monitoraggio di Gantt e timeline;
  • Coordinamento con ufficio tecnico, produzione, acquisti e supply chain per apertura e chiusura delle commesse;
  • Controllo del processo produttivo fino alla consegna finale;
  • Interfaccia con clienti e key account.

Requisiti:
  • Esperienza pregressa nel settore retail e travel retail, con focus su mobili custom e campagne stagionali;
  • Conoscenza dei materiali metallici, plastici e legno, nonché delle loro lavorazioni;
  • Competenza nell'uso di software come AutoCAD, suite Adobe e pacchetto Office;
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali in Italia e all'estero;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, gestione delle priorità, attitudine al lavoro di squadra e problem solving.
