Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our E-Mobility Business Unit. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project phases to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the BU Managing Director and Project Management team to prioritize and manage project requests.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify process improvements and optimize project workflows.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between stakeholders, FIMER functions, and customers.
  • Plan and track project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure quality and margin.
  • Implement tools and processes to monitor activities, collect data, and share criticalities and solutions with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors on project progress, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PPT.
  • Proficiency in computer applications/tools for planning and process development (Gantt, Microsoft Projects or similar).
  • Previous knowledge of SAP is a plus.
