About the Role

Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our key contracts in hand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of our key contracts, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and control contract budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Coordinate project teams with technical resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and commercial risks, ensuring project success.
  • Participate in key performance indicator (KPI) reviews, project visits, and close-out meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, quality requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
    • Several years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
    • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Target-oriented, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
    • Dedication to quality, punctuality, and dynamism, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
    • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Availability for short-term transfers, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.

      Desirable Qualifications

      • Experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
      • PMP certification, demonstrating expertise in project management principles and practices.
      • Proficiency in additional languages, enhancing communication and collaboration with global stakeholders.
      • Well-organized and autonomous, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Experience working with multinational customers and vendors, with a strong understanding of global business practices and cultural nuances.
