**Compiti e Responsabilità**
- Proattività nella ricerca di nuove opportunità di business nell'area di riferimento, attraverso lo scouting di nuovi clienti e/o applicazioni.
- Studiare ed approfondire le necessità dei potenziali clienti, elaborando propriamente i feed-back ricevuti al fine di individuare nuove opportunità di sviluppo e servizi personalizzati.
- Consolidare ed incrementare le relazioni commerciali del portafoglio clienti assegnato garantendo l'aumento di profittabilità e crescita strutturata.
- Collaborare e supportare i team ubicati sui siti produttivi per la gestione della quotidianità legata all'avanzamento ordini e analisi di fattibilità.
- Gestione autonoma di tutti gli aspetti e tematiche commerciali, in accordo con la Direzione commerciale.
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza nella vendita di prodotti tecnici (4 anni minimo) in aziende organizzate e preferibilmente in contesti multinazionali.
- Esperienza Sales/Project Management.
- Attitudine al problem solving, capacità di definizione e gestione di piani d'azione.
- Flessibilità a viaggiare, comprese trasferte in ambito nazionale.
- Capacità di individuare opportunità e di muoversi in contesti complessi.
