About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering client-focused solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
- Deliver client-focused solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
- Monitor and report on key account metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of network, communication, and cloud solutions
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
