About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering client-focused solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Deliver client-focused solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of network, communication, and cloud solutions
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
