Adecco Credit & Banking seleziona per realtà bancaria internazionale, leader nel proprio settore e specializzata nei servizi di trading e post trading:

Fund Accounting - Milano

La risorsa selezionata verrà inserita all'interno del team Fund Administration & Middle Office Outsourcing e in qualità di Fund Administrator si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Supervisione della gestione degli strumenti finanziari e dei dati statici dei fondi;
- Impostazione giornaliera dei fondi e successiva comunicazione a tutti gli altri dipartimenti per l'avvio dell'attività giornaliera.
- Supervisione della registrazione delle sottoscrizioni e dei rimborsi delle azioni;
- Prenotazione delle transazioni (titoli, FOREX, ETD, OTC, prestiti, ecc.) e controllo;
impostazione e registrazione delle commissioni (fondi e fondi) e successiva comunicazione agli altri dipartimenti per l'avvio dell'attività giornaliera;
- Impostazione e contabilizzazione delle commissioni (commissioni dei fondi, RTO, FDS, ecc.);
- Analisi delle anomalie di riconciliazione dei titoli, risoluzione delle pratiche in sospeso interfacciandosi con gli uffici interessati e/o con i clienti;
- Prenotazione e supervisione delle attività di corporate action;

- Calcolo e controllo del NAV
o Controllo di secondo livello e convalida del calcolo del NAV per ogni fondo, secondo le procedure e la check list, compresa l'analisi critica della variazione del NAV.
- Reporting al cliente con diffusione del NAV
o Consegna del pacchetto di reportistica NAV, cash flow, compo, NAV per quote e qualsiasi altro report personalizzato da inviare ai clienti e ai loro gestori delegati.
o Consegna del NAV unitario al quotidiano entro le scadenze previste.
- Archiviazione della documentazione FA
- Produzione di reportistica regolamentare e finanziaria per i clienti.

I candidati con cui vorremmo entrare in contatto possiedono le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Laurea in Economia/Finanza
- Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi o maturata all'interno di back-office finanziari
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office

Si offre un contratto di somministrazione di lavoro della durata iniziale di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga.
Terza Area Primo Livello, CCNL Credito, RAL 33K, sede di lavoro Milano.
