Languages We Are Hiring For: German (Remote in Portugal) Dutch Italian (Remote in Portugal) French (Remote in Portugal) Turkish (Remote in Portugal) Czech (Remote in Portugal) Estonian Ukrainian Russian Croatian Greek Latvian Danish Finnish Norwegian Swedish Hebrew Polish Position Overview: As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will include: Handling Inquiries: Respond to and log consumer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and feedback in the customer service database.
Complaint Management: Address and log client complaints in accordance with the company's escalation policy.
Service Level Agreements: Ensure that all support calls and emails are resolved within the agreed SLAs and properly documented.
Troubleshooting: Use open questions, support documents, and system training to diagnose and resolve issues.
Providing Solutions: Offer recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.
Candidate Requirements: Education: High School Diploma Language Skills: Native or fluent in one of the required languages English Proficiency: Good level of English (B2) Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal Residency: Must hold EU Citizenship or a Portuguese residence card (Visa sponsorship is not provided) Benefits: International Experience: Work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
