Opportunità di Leadership nel Project Cost ManagementAuxeris, per conto di una prestigiosa società di consulenza specializzata in Project e Cost Management, è alla ricerca di un Associate Director per la sede di Milano.
Il ruolo prevede la gestione di relazioni strategiche con clienti di alto profilo, la supervisione di progetti complessi e la guida della crescita aziendale nel settore.Principali responsabilità:Gestire e sviluppare relazioni di lungo termine con clienti chiave, garantendo un servizio di eccellenza e individuando nuove opportunità di business.Definire e implementare strategie per migliorare l'offerta di servizi e rafforzare la presenza sul mercato.Supervisionare l'esecuzione dei progetti, assicurando elevati standard di qualità, efficienza e redditività.Coordinare e motivare un team di professionisti, promuovendo una cultura di crescita e sviluppo continuo.Collaborare con il senior management per favorire l'espansione dell'azienda e identificare nuove opportunità di business.Requisiti:Esperienza: Minimo 10 anni nel settore ospitalità (preferibilmente di lusso) e/o Real Estate.Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura, Quantity Surveying o Cost Management.
