Job Summary Within Tetra Pak Italiana, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who can perform corrective, preventive and predictable maintenance services and troubleshooting assistance over food equipment.
You will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of packaging equipment and provide technical training to our customers.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality technical services and support to our customers ensuring that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way.
This is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in the mechanics, electronics and automation filed by performing services on our clients' sites.
This position can be based in multiple locations in Lombardia region (Italy).
As a technician you will be required to travel up to 90% through all Italy (focusing on Northern Italy).
What you will do Participate in preparing customer site for installation events, assembling machines Install, commission and maintain the equipment and installations of Filling Machines and distribution equipment in our customers Perform troubleshooting and fault finding services on site and by the phone Conduct production supervisor and operator training at customer sites Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow up on customers concerns and problems Execute timely reporting of all discovered technical issues according to company processes Travel up to 90% of your working time to our customer sites We believe you have Bachelor's degree in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering - or equal experience in the field 1-2 years work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance 1-2 years experience in PLC , electrical and electronic system in general Ability to repair machines onsite Experience with filling machines is a big advantage Willing to travel extensively on a weekly basis, more than 90% of your working time Native level of Italian and good command of English (writing/reporting skills are essential) Driving licence Good command of computer skills Strong knowledge of MS Office Proven understanding of Customer Satisfaction and business vision Initiative and ability to work in team Customer oriented and result oriented attitude We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements We look forward to receiving your applicationPlease apply directly via the Monster Apply button.About us We are specialists in complete solutions for the processing, packaging and distribution of food products.
