Humangest Spa, filiale di Pescara, ricerca per rinomata azienda cliente un/una **HR DEVELOPMENT.**
**Quale sarà il tuo nuovo ruolo?**
Riporterai direttamente all'HR Manager e ti occuperai nello specifico di:
- Ricerca & Selezione
- Training: analisi dei bisogni formativi, progettazione del piano di formazione annuale, organizzazione, pianificazione e amministrazione dei corsi di formazione, gestione progetti di formazione finanziata, valutazione dell'efficacia degli interventi formativi, aggiornamento delle piattaforme di e-learning, utilizzo gestionale dedicato.
- Development/Talent: gestione dei processi di valutazione del potenziale e l'implementazione dei piani di sviluppo dedicati alle risorse interne all'organizzazione;
- Performance Management: progettazione e gestione dei sistemi di valutazione della prestazione;
- Welfare & Wellbeing: progettazione e implementazione di iniziative finalizzate a migliorare il benessere e la conciliazione vita professionale/personale;
**Cosa cerchiamo in te?**
- Laurea in Economia/Scienze Politiche/Giurisprudenza/Psicologia;
- Esperienza di 2 anni maturata in contesti strutturati, in particolare esperienza in ambito Ricerca e selezione.
- Ottimo utilizzo di strumenti informatici
- **Conoscenza fluente lingua inglese**
- Disponibilità a viaggi e spostamenti
