Develop and implement robust quality strategies, establishing standards, policies and procedures to improve overall quality Initiate and monitor quality controls, processes and procedures, emphasising continuous improvement through audits, inspections and tests Spearhead the implementation of an error-preventing organisational structure (APQP) to drive continuous improvement Foster close collaboration with cross-functional departments, including Product Development, Manufacturing, Procurement and Service, to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and effective resolution of quality issues Manage and develop teams of experienced quality professionals by providing training, coaching and professional development opportunities Management of sales order into the ERP system, ensuring that products are delivered on time with the right quantity and quality and taking care about customer requirements Support of the Sales Manager and Sales team in preparing and managing the sales campaign, including management of the samples, set up of the show room, preparation of offers/commercial conditions, communication of availability list, processing of sales reporting/statistics Be the main day to day contact for retailers– before and after sales – taking into account and managing their requests involving the correct people into the organization (logistics, credit management) Support in the coordination of structural renovation works and new store openings from a quality and safety perspective Assist in the procurement of furniture and the management to ensure that workplaces are prepared in time Support in the collaboration with internal departments and external service provider Organize all activities related to safety courses in close collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) Help to manage and control maintenance work in all our locations and organize the collaboration with the various craftsman.
Help to manage and resolve daily problems and provide support for them Plan and develop seasonal marketing campaigns following the overall brand strategy Execution and operative responsibility for international marketing campaigns Planning and coordinating of national marketing activities in main and emerging markets in cooperation with local colleagues and in alignment with the international brand objectives Monitor and analyze the campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness Product Marketing: Create compelling product messaging and positioning for Wild Country's climbing gear and equipment Develop marketing materials, including workbooks, lookbooks, and digital assets Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits Oversee Wild Country's social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement Develop innovative strategies to grow our social media following and increase brand awareness Manage relationships with sponsored athletes and ambassadors Collaborate with athletes to create engaging content and storytelling opportunities Communication & PR: Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and press relations.
Develop and distribute press releases and other PR materials.
Cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
International Business Support: Support online business initiatives, including e-commerce marketing and digital advertising.
Work closely with the international sales teams to develop trade marketing activities and support materials for international wholesale partners.
Collaborate with our retail partners to execute co-marketing initiatives and promotions.
Support the Product Management Team in all product management related tasks such as range planning, analysis of sales data, benchmarking and working on trends analysis Assist in the product creation process within a cross functional team (development, design, costing) Support and help to create sell in tools Help to coordinate samples, sample shootings and prepare all product relevant data for catalogue & webpage Help to prepare and support internal and external meetings Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Owner and UX/UI, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Software Specification and Development: Oversee the creation and refinement of user stories and epics, ensuring they focus on delivering end-user value.
Collaborate with UX to ensure designs are complete and ready for development.
Facilitate refinement sessions with the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and technical feasibility.
Ensure completed user stories meet quality standards and align with acceptance criteria.
Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform future requirements and feature enhancements.
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for multiple product lines, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers.
Maintain and prioritize a comprehensive backlog of features and enhancements, aligning them with business objectives and user needs.
Manage and coordinate external dependencies, such as CRM and Marketing Cloud integrations, to ensure timely feature delivery.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
Drive consensus on product decisions, balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
Secure buy-in on the prioritized backlog from business and brand stakeholders.
Transparently communicate expectations, risks, and results, ensuring a healthy feedback loop between the product team and stakeholders.
