About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Quality Specialist to join our team at Alpitronic America Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategies: Establish and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Initiate and monitor quality controls, processes, and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards and effective resolution of quality issues.
  • Process Improvement: Spearhead the implementation of process improvements, including the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track progress.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of quality professionals, providing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and successful execution of business strategies.
  • Customer Focus: Foster close collaboration with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of goods and services.
  • IT Project Management: Develop and execute IT projects, including the development and implementation of systems, processes, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Culture Transformation: Lead cultural transformation efforts, including the development and implementation of lean behaviors, principles, and tools to drive continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
  • Change Management: Lead change management strategies, collaborating with diverse teams to implement transformational strategies and ensure people have the skills, tools, and talents required for their roles.
  • Communication: Promote, facilitate, and train cross-functional teams to understand, embrace, and use business management system tools to drive continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a quality assurance or supply chain management role, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
