We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Oberalp Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing exceptional customer service to our retailers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales orders in our ERP system, ensuring accurate product delivery and quality control.
- Support the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives in preparing and managing sales campaigns, including sample management and showroom setup.
- Be the primary point of contact for retailers, handling their requests and involving the correct people in the organization as needed.
- Collaborate with the logistics and credit management teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, supply chain, or logistics.
- Excellent Italian language skills, with very good English skills and German or other languages considered a plus.
- Passion for sports and customer-oriented approach.
- Reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Flexible office time.
