Descrizione del lavoroSia Partners ricerca un Consultant da inserire nella practice HR Transformation per la sede di Milano.La risorsa verrà inserita in progetti di organizzazione, revisione, trasformazione aziendale e sarà coinvolta attivamente nei seguenti interventi:Trasformazione digitale dei modelli di servizio HR;Revisione di modelli organizzativi (Hybrid Work Modeling);Future of Work;Integrazione dei principi ESG nei processi e nelle pratiche HR;Analisi di produttività e dimensionamento organici;Lean HR, ottimizzazione dei processi HR;Disegno e gestione di comunità virtuali;Innovazione dei modelli di competenze e dei percorsi formativi.QualificheTitolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni, Organizzazione Aziendale, Ingegneria Gestionale.Esperienza: 1-3 anni di esperienza lavorativa presso primarie società di consulenza in ambito organizzazione, change, people management o presso la Direzione Risorse Umane di aziende multinazionali.Conoscenza delle lingue: ottimo inglese; gradito il francese.Conoscenze informatiche:Completa padronanza del pacchetto Office 365;Conoscenza delle principali soluzioni di mercato in ambito HRIS/HR Tech;Conoscenza delle principali soluzioni di mercato in ambito BI Analytics (Power BI, Qlik...);Soft skills:Entusiasmo e proattività;Capacità di analisi e sintesi;Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo in ottica di problem solving;Forte attitudine ai risultati;Predisposizione al ragionamento "data-driven".Informazioni aggiuntivePerché fare parte del nostro team?Il posizionamento distintivo rispetto alla concorrenza caratterizzato da un team internazionale ma dalle dimensioni e con un modello organizzativo seamless;L'opportunità concreta di essere coinvolto in iniziative di trasformazione complesse all'interno del mercato italiano ed internazionale;Possibilità di partecipare ed intervenire a progetti di respiro internazionale;Un modello di crescita sulla Business Expertise basato sul merito e sul coinvolgimento personale, nutrito da un'offerta e una metodologia innovativa;Una clientela costituita dai più grandi gruppi internazionali.Sia Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
